٢_ اذابة هيدروكسيد الصوديوم بوضعه على الماء المقطر مع الالتزام بوسائل السلامه
٣_بعد ان يبرد الهيدروكسيد قليلا ويصبح متقاربا مع الزيوت يضاف للزيوت ويحرك بهاند بلندر
٤_ عندما يظهر الاثر وهو ان تصبح الزيوت كالمهلبية هنا تضاف العطور وقبل ان يتجمد الصابون تصب بالقوالب
تغطى القوالب بالنايلون وحرام صوفي لتتم التفاعل
٥_ تستخرج قوالب الصابون اليوم الثاني وتترك في مكان معزول لتجف ولا يستخدم الا بعد شهر ليجف ويتصلب وتتطاير الصودا منه

لبس نظارة حمايه وكفوف بلاستيكية وكمامه
لان هيدروكسيد الصوديوم (الصودا) مادة حارقه وغازاتها متطايره وان سقطت قطرات على الجلد تغسل بالخل
Almond and Mango Butter Soap
Ingredients
Water 288.75 g 33%
Almond Oil 225 g 26%
Palm Oil 200 g 23%
Mango Butter 100 g 11.5%
Coconut Oil 250 g 29%
Castor Oil 100 g 11.5%
Sodium Hydroxide 122.56 g
Total Weight of Soap 1286.31 g
Instructions
1. Combine all oils after weighing them and place them in a double boiler.
2. Dissolve the sodium hydroxide in distilled water, taking all necessary safety precautions.
3. Once the hydroxide has cooled slightly and its concentration is close to that of the oils, add it to the oil mixture and stir with a hand blender.
4. When The effect is that the oils become pudding-like. At this point, the perfumes are added, and before the soap solidifies, it is poured into molds. The molds are covered with nylon and a woolen blanket to allow the reaction to complete.
5. The soap molds are removed the next day and left in a separate place to dry. It should not be used until a month has passed, allowing it to fully dry and harden, and the lye to evaporate. Safety precautions: Wear protective eyewear, plastic gloves, and a mask, as sodium hydroxide (lye) is a corrosive substance and its gases are volatile. If drops get on the skin, wash with vinegar.
